Maximizing Communication With-in a Team
Intra-team communication is a key to team performance. Recognizing and managing personal communication challenges and strengths can create blended working relationships. Each participant will identify their personal communication motivators. These motivators are then experienced through group activities. The group will have a ‘flexing’ exercise to develop a personal plan to connect and influence all types of coworkers, clients and vendors, even the most challenging.

Building Team Relationships for Optimum Performance
This team building training module focuses on establishing two foundations for team performance. First, a team charter will set performance and communication expectations to put all members on the same level. We will create a simple Team Charter in this session. Second, there are 5 team member communication tools that enhance working relationships. These tools will be defined and practiced in this session.
